Reception staff are on hand 24 hours a day and can assist in providing accurate information about Marbella and its surroundings, restaurants, nightlife and excursions.
On the gourmet side, guests can enjoy full English or healthy continental breakfasts whilst enjoying the views of the Olive Tree Valley. For those who wish to spend the day relaxing by the poolside, or in the tranquillity of the salons in the evening, The Marbella Heights offers a fine choice of light lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:30-21:00) menus. The bar is open from 09:00 to 22:00.
Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
