Los Jardines de Santa Maria is an Andalusian-style village set in the District of Marbella known as Elviria. Very private complex of mainly south facing apartments and its own tropical gardens. Spacious terraces are set amongst the wild oak and cork trees. Shopping centres, restaurants, taxis and buses are within walking distance and the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club is literally on the doorstep. Just 15 minute walks away are some of the best beaches in Marbella and the famous Don Carlos Beach Club. A low-density development consisting of only 4 floors, this project has communal swimming pools, fantastic gardens, gazebos and 24-hour security.
Prices includes cleaning once a week plus one towel & linen change. Electricity consumption is not included in the price quoted and should be paid before departure.
